Leadership matters!

I am often asked by many folks as to what leadership means for me.  I have also often notice that most small business owners and managers fail to see and internalize what leadership truly means.

Unfortunately, there is not a single dimension or factor that you can attribute to someone’s leadership capabilities. Enough has been written on leadership and leadership styles. There are many definitions. However, I have observed some common leadership traits by leaders of very successful small businesses.
